Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • At least 1–3 years of proven experience in IT Support or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience providing technical support in a restaurant or retail company is required.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and standard office applications.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, networking (LAN/WAN), printers, and other retail/restaurant technology tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, and provide support during weekends or holidays when necessary.
