DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and LGEC for event-related services.
  • Understand client requirements, objectives, and budget constraints to tailor event solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide timely updates and support, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with event planners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Assist in organizing logistics such as venue booking, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure all client specifications are met within the agreed timeline while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Address on-site event concerns and coordinate quick resolutions.

Financial & Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and approval processes for contracts.
  • Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and payments to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Process timely invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding payments.

Sales & Business Development:

  • dentify potential clients, market trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell event services to maximize revenue and enhance service offerings.
  • Assist in developing effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze event profitability and contribute to sales forecasting efforts.

Administrative & Reporting Duties:

· Maintain detailed records of event transactions, contracts, communications, and sales activities.

  • Prepare reports on event performance, customer feedback, and revenue analysis.
  • Provide insights for operational improvements and efficiency optimization.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align event execution with business goals.
