What is your mission?

We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Business Analyst to support our ERP operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Acumatica ERP, with a strong focus on creating generic inquiries, dashboards and reports. This role is not accounting-focused but will play a critical part in streamlining and improving operations through data-driven insights and system optimization.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Create and optimize Generic Inquiries (GIs).

  • Develop, customize, and maintain dashboards in Acumatica to support business visibility across the organization.

  • Create and modify users, user roles, and restriction groups.

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting through system checks and troubleshooting.

  • Provide support and training to team members on Acumatica functionalities relevant to operations.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve processes and reporting capabilities within Acumatica.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, preferably supporting manufacturers or distributors.

  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing Generic Inquiries (GIs) within Acumatica to extract and analyze business data.

  • Familiarity with Acumatica customization tools or basic scripting skills is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience or knowledge in supply chain, inventory management, or sales operations will be considered an advantage but is not a strict requirement.

  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing.

  • Submission of an audio recording as part of the recruitment process to assess communication ability.
