· Has experience in general management of the four (4) facets of human resource management and development.

· Has direct experience in recruitment and selection process such as sourcing of applicants, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating application forms.

· Has direct experience in administering employee relations' functions such as: 201 management, drafting of job descriptions, handling of due processes.

· Can implement and has direct experience in performance management systems and can administer performance appraisal to employees.

· Can handle and process employee's requests and requirements during employment such as issuance of certificate of employment, processing of clearances, etc.

· Has direct experience in the administration of statutory benefits, its processing and remittances such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, etc.

· Has direct experience in processing and managing of other non-statutory company benefits such as loans, leaves, and can handle employment inquiries.

· Has direct experience in timekeeping and HRIS maintenance.

· Has experience in assisting and/or conducting basic training and orientation for new and tenured employees.

· Has experience in HR process improvement and policy crafting and cascading.

QUALIFICATIONS

· With at least 3 years of experience in HR Management & Development

· Must be a graduate of Management Courses, Psychology or HR.

· Must be proficient in MS Office and other applications

· Must be proficient in both written and oral English
