About the role

As an HR Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day human resources operations for our esteemed company. Based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you managing a wide range of HR functions to support the success and growth of our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and programmes to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Administering employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems
  • Addressing employee relations issues and serving as a trusted advisor to management
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify and address staffing needs
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports as required
  • Providing guidance and support to the HR team to foster a positive, productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong working knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and data management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
