Join our team and become part of a dynamic, global organization of 40 professionals across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of leading Korean brands, including Beauty of Joseon, Needly, Tirtir, and other top-trending names in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Finance Manager and Finance Team for hands-on involvement in finance and accounting tasks.
  • Conduct sales and profit analysis reports (by brand/SKU), FOC calculation, and discount calculation by reviewing sales performance, and cost structures.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile monthly financials and verify payment records.
  • Reconcile e-commerce income and order reports (Shopee, Lazada etc.).
  • Support stock counts, shipping documentation and update product margin reports using Bigseller.
  • Prepare and Monitor tax filings (GST, corporate tax, income tax, etc.) and contributions (CPF, EPF, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other departments for adhoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.

2-4 years experience in a finance/accounting role (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or operation industries).

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks).
  • Familiar with tax regulations (e.g., GST, CPF, Corporate Tax – Singapore).
  • Experience in financial and profit analysis.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
