JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced IT Solutions Architect/Analyst to design and deliver scalable technology solutions. The role involves leading requirements gathering, system analysis, and fit-gap activities, while ensuring smooth project execution through UAT and enhancements. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and digital innovation teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and drive continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions.
  2. Create architectural diagrams
  3. Work closely with system developers, project managers and digital innovations for proper implementation.
  4. Conduct UAT for assigned projects/enhancements
  5. Consistently demonstrates Agile processes and principles for effective delivery
  6. Participate in solution design activities (e.g. requirements gathering, system analysis and design)
  7. Lead IT solution design and fit/gap analysis
  8. Identify and recommend appropriate continuous improvement
  9. Translate business requirements into requirement specifications to enable the development of technically sustainable solutions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT solution design, business analysis, or systems architecture.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable, sustainable IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing project enhancements.
  • Skilled in leading solution design activities including requirements gathering, system analysis, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with developers, project managers, and digital innovation teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
