What is the role that we need?
Key Responsibilities:Client Delivery Analyst
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Client Delivery process by executing operational tasks related to the onboarding of new firms to the CAIS platform.
Ensure alignment and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders—including Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Marketing—by providing timely onboarding status updates and setting accurate expectations.
Contribute to the design, enhancement, and documentation of efficient onboarding processes; partner with the Technology team to identify and implement workflow automation opportunities.
Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness and timeliness of client onboarding efforts.
Drive progress toward Client Delivery and broader Operations team objectives by contributing to team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Ensure the on-time delivery of all required reports and onboarding-related documentation.
Take on additional responsibilities based on team capacity, individual strengths, and areas of interest, helping to support the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements
Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros a plus
Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, communication, and time
management skills
Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred
1+ years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
