Job Description

Business and client facing role that ensures seamless IT Service Management, helps business growth and creates value for business and their clients through IT intervention. Relationship management with business client IT teams in-scope.

Responsibilities

IT Operations

  • Drive Incident & Situation management for all Sev1 & Sev2 incidents
  • Follow established operating policies to mitigate risk and ensures business availability
  • Engage and collaborate with the Global Geographies team and manage communication, escalations, provide support, drive central initiatives

IT Governance

  • IT Governance and Effectiveness to be measured on weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
  • Compliance assurance - Support Audit activities along with risk identification & management. Vulnerability management.

IT Transition management

  • IT Client Transition management
  • Client account and portfolio management
  • Program management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Client communications around Technology
  • Understand technology availability metrics and share insights

Information Security (ISO27K and PCI/DSS)

  • Ensure compliance to Client contractual obligations on InfoSec & Regulatory Controls/ Certifications.
  • Audit & Risk management.
  • Manage IT Governance with Client and all Business stakeholders

Qualifications

Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7 – 10 years in managing IT service delivery of large client relationship (300+Seats)
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7, fast paced environment.
  • Experience in handling banking and financial accounts is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php110, Php120,000.00 per month
