HR Admin and IT Manager

The HRADIT Manager will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Managing facilities, ensure compliance to partner agencies such as: Bureau of Animal Industry, Food and Drug Administration , Intellectual Property Office
- Security agency management
- Oversee IT related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, learning & development, or related fields.
- Passionate about fostering employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Carmona: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
