What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and negotiations to secure new contracts and sales
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Accurately track and report on your sales pipeline and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new products/services to enhance your sales approach

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Sales industry, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
