*Assist in coordinating product deliveries to distributors, and trade partners.

*Monitor daily purchase orders, dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of stocks.

*Prepare and check logistics-related documents (delivery receipts, invoices, waybills, etc.).

*Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock movement and availability.

*Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transport teams to resolve delivery or stock issues.

*Track shipments and address delivery concerns raised by sales or trade partners.

*Ensure proper handling and storage requirements are followed, especially for frozen products.

*Assist in monitoring logistics KPIs (delivery accuracy, on-time performance, etc.).

*Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

*Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
