Job Description

  • Tracking and updating daily attendance
  • Ensuring agents have all the tools they need to perform their tasks.
  • Giving visibility to all agents regarding their performance
  • Designing and implementing effective coaching interactions to ensure proper development and improvement of all agents.
  • Performing necessary call audits to ensure required processes are being followed.
  • Generating daily reports to track performance.
  • Attending business review meetings with manager and/or clients when required.
  • Maintaining client informed in any eventuality that affects operations.
  • Handling all administrative tasks in a timely manner (HR, payroll, attendance, IT tickets, AFI)
  • Maintaining team's coherence, morale, and overall efficiency by building rapport with all team members Process Knowledge
  • Policies, process, procedures, confidentiality, business ethics, transaction flow, transaction scripts, documentation requirements, etc.
  • Generate MIS and provide analysis and insight to business. Product Knowledge
  • Awareness of any updates regarding client's app or web portal.
  • Review any new training material if any new product is to be implemented.
  • Intermediate knowledge of financial terms related to U.S. investment processes

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

  • High proficiency in using computers.
  • Knowledge of operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of mobile devices and computers.
  • Experience with web browsers (MS Edge and equivalent) and mobile applications.
  • Intermediate Level knowledge of CRM, and other applications
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Excel
