We're looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Financial Due Diligence Officer (Certified Public Accountant) to join a small, purpose-driven team supporting a confidential UHNWI philanthropist based in Rockwell, Makati.

This role helps ensure that the Principal's donations and partnerships are transparent, well-documented, and genuinely impactful. You'll review reports, monitor fund use, and make sure every contribution goes where it's meant to — helping projects that truly make a difference.

Working closely with the legal, social impact, and project management teams, you'll help maintain accountability and integrity while contributing to meaningful initiatives that improve lives.

This is a unique opportunity for a CPA to gain hands-on experience in philanthropy and family office operations, all within a respectful, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify financial and utilization reports from partner foundations and organizations.
  • Monitor donation flow and ensure funds or goods are used responsibly and properly documented.
  • Coordinate with the project manager on tracking of purchased items and deliveries.
  • Conduct light due diligence on partner charities to confirm credibility.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial updates for the Principal.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing.
  • Experience in NGOs, CSR, foundations, or audit firms is a plus.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with sound ethical judgment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, close-knit team.

Work Setup

  • Location: Rockwell, Makati City (mostly on-site)
  • Schedule: Mondays to Fridays

Compensation & Benefits

  • ₱50,000–₱55,000 monthly salary
  • 13th month pay
