We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to lead our Support and Operations team. The Data Analyst – Operations Manager will play a key role in turning data into actionable insights that drive business performance. This role focuses on leveraging data to enhance revenue growth and optimize team performance management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate data insights into strategic recommendations that support business goals.
  • Oversee the support and operations team, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports, and data models for continuous monitoring.
  • Update and manage data in various systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to improve accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, operations management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Proficient in English language both written and verbal communication
  • Highly adaptable, able to quickly learn new tools and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Experience leading teams and managing operational processes is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
