  • Inventory Monitoring and Control
  • Conduct scheduled cycle/wall to wall counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure alignment of physical stock vs. system inventory.
  • Investigate variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • SUD Inventory Management
  • Monitor, tag, and report on all Sold but Undelivered (SUD).
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to clear SUD items timely.
  • Stock and Memo Issue Transactions
  • Ensure all stock issue and memo issue transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the system.
  • Review supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
  • System Health Checks
  • Regularly perform system audits for data integrity.
  • Identify and coordinate resolution of posting errors, unclosed transactions, or incorrect item master data.
  • · Customer Service Replenishment Support
  • Receive and validate store stock replenishment orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely picking and dispatch
  • Work with logistics to schedule and monitor deliveries
  • Track and escalate delivery issues to ensure stores are updated
  • Maintain accurate records of fulfilled replenishment orders
  • Spare Parts Custodianship
  • Receive and secure spare parts inventory after turnover.
  • Monitor stock levels and advise Service Head on the critical stocks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of parts issuance and returns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
