Inventory Control Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor inventory movement, storage, and reporting by third-party logistics service providers.
  • Track inventory accuracy metrics such as Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), Daily Cycle Count Compliance Rate, and Losses/Damage Percentage.
  • Coordinate and monitor cycle counts and physical inventory counts as per agreed schedules.
  • Work closely with external counterparts to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.
  • Recommend process improvements based on recurring issues or gaps.

**Job Qualifications:**

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a 3PL or warehouse environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, especially with external partners.
  • Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory classification (ABC), and warehouse best practices.
  • Proficient in Excel and data reconciliation tools.
  • Must be amenable to doing fieldwork.
