International Sales Account Officer

The International Sales Account Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional brokers and their members. This role involves overseeing the entire institutional broker lifecycle from pre-accreditation to after-sales support, ensuring seamless operations and business partner and client satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PRE-SALES:

Pre-Accreditation:
Lead the creation of memorandum of agreement/contract with the institutional broker and completion of other required documents for accreditation

IB Seller/Broker Registration/Accreditation:
Facilitate registration/accreditation and account creation for all IB Sellers/Brokers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed

IB Seller/Broker Onboarding:
Guide new brokers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.

System Configuration:
Ensure that all system set-ups needed by the IBs are in place

SMDC Training
: Coordinate and arrange comprehensive training sessions for IB Sellers/Brokers to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Project Briefing:
Organize project briefing sessions to keep brokers informed about existing and new developments and offerings

Inventory Allocation:
Collaborate with the Project Development Group to manage and review inventory allocation for brokers

Selling and Marketing Support:
Ensure that all selling and marketing resources (including sample computation, pricelist) are provided to the IB

  • SALES

Selling, Booking, and Payment Process:
Engage with the IBs; Oversee entire transaction process

: Oversee the booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sales transactions.

Selling and Booking Process:
Create sales report (such as booking completion report); Coordinate /flag deficiencies with IB team; oversee resolution

Seller/Broker Account Management:
Conduct regular/weekly check-in meetings to discuss performance and concerns; Address and resolve any concerns raised by sellers/brokers, coordinating with relevant parties as needed.

Payments Monitoring:
Track and report on buyer payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing; Coordinate /flag deficiencies with IB team

  • AFTER-SALES:

After-Sales Support:
Conduct follow-up/ Coordinate with concerned party/ies to address issues and ensure client satisfaction

Seller/Broker Account Management:
Handle seller/broker concerns- coordinate resolution with concerned party/ies

Policy/Process Improvements
: Suggest and implement improvements to policies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and broker satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Proven experience in broker relations (International / Local) or a similar role within the real estate industry.


• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
