Role Overview:

The Brand Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of the brand identity, campaign strategy, and storytelling initiatives for our online community platform. Thisrole ensures consistent brand expression across all channels and will work closely with product, creative, and community teams to drive user love and brand relevance.

Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Build and evolve the brand positioning and voice across all user touchpoints (platform UI, social, PR, etc.).
  2. Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns (from big idea to post-campaign analysis).
  3. Brief and collaborate with internal creative teams or external agencies for campaign development.
  4. Manage partnerships and sponsorships to boost brand affinity and user engagement.
  5. Monitor brand health and sentiment via user feedback, media mentions, and communitytrends.
  6. Lead brand asset development (e.g., playbooks, tone of voice guidelines, key visuals).

Qualifications
:

  1. 4–6 years experience in brand marketing, ideally in tech, entertainment, gaming, or creative agencies.
  2. Strong campaign management experience across ATL, digital, and on-ground.
  3. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and visual.
  4. Familiarity with Filipino pop culture, online trends, and community dynamics is a big plus.
