  • Provide sales update to all marketing arm regarding promos, incentives and any other project-related update.
  • To ensure that all broker groups and in-house agents meet/exceed the sales targets provided to them. Track the performance of sales team and guide them consistently meet sales targets.
  • Facilitate the sales process by coordinating with agents, following up prospects, encourage reservation of units and ask for customer feedback to understand the overall status of project in relation to sales trends

  • Monitor brokers' and agents' sales activities.
  • Update client and broker/agents profile and lead monitoring reports.
  • Ensure all client documents are submitted to realty and documentation group after completion of documents.
  • Handle internal and external customer needs promptly as the project front liner.
  • Assists in implementation and execution of marketing events and assists MO in searching possible suppliers for event and advertisements
  • Coordinates with local government units (city hall, barangay and HLURB) regarding advertisement and event permits.
  • Entry level position suitable for fresh graduates
