OVERVIEW

A Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies that help generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support the sales team. This role focuses on creating marketing materials, managing online campaigns, organizing events, and executing promotional activities to attract potential property buyers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Marketing

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company projects.
  • Create strategies to generate quality leads for the sales team.
  • Mange online advertisements, boosted posts, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor lead performance and adjust strategies when necessary.

2. Social Media and Online Management

  • Manage company social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Website, Etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish marketing content.
  • Track analytics and insights to improve online engagement.

3. Content Creation and Branding

  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, banners, layouts, captions, and video content.
  • Ensure all marketing oututs follow company branding and project guidelines.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or in-house creatives.

4. Project Promotions

  • Assist in organizing open houses, project launches, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with Assistant Sales and Marketing Director for updated project information.
  • Distribute marketing materials to sales executives.

5. Market Research

  • Study competitor pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze target markets and identify potential buyer segments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improved marketing performance.

6. Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to support their marketing needs.
  • Assist in marketing document preparation and project updates.
  • Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Ensure marketing budget is used efficiently.

7. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain updated digital and printed marketing materials.
  • Organized and update folder, files, and project information sheets
  • Handle basic office or clerical tasks related to marketing operations.
