Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Salesforce System Administrator based in the Philippines to take full ownership of our system health, user support, configuration, and continuous process improvement across our international operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and maximizing the efficiency of our Salesforce environment:

System Administration & Maintenance

• User & Security Management: Manage all aspects of user administration, including profiles, roles, permission sets, public groups, and sharing rules, ensuring compliance and data security.
• Configuration: Perform standard administrator functions, including configuration of custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and lightning pages.
• System Health: Monitor system performance, manage data quality, execute routine data cleaning, and maintain third-party integrations (e.g., ERP, marketing automation).

Process Improvement & Automation

• Automation Development: Build and develop workflows, automations, efficiencies, and integrations using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud efficiency.
• Business Analysis: Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations) to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain complex reports and executive dashboards to provide actionable business intelligence and visibility into key performance metrics.

User Support & Training

• Tier 1/2 Support: Act as the first point of contact for end-user support requests, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical errors, and managing the queue efficiently.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain high-quality system documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for new and existing users globally.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as a Salesforce System Administrator.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in building Flows and other declarative automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a strong commitment to data integrity.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international team support.
• Based in Manila or nearby cities.

Preferred: Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or integrating Salesforce with NetSuite/ERP systems.
