Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all marketing activities including the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and oversee the overall marketing department.
  • Manage assigned brands, create brand awareness campaigns, and launch new products.
  • Work closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to execute marketing campaigns and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities, and develop partnerships to expand sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize product placement and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 5 years experience in the related field.
