MedEthix Inc.(An Ayala Affiliate under AC Health Group) is looking for a proficient Assistant Brand Manager for Consumer Health Group. The perfect candidate should be skilled in creating and implementing marketing strategies that are in line with the company's goals and foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Contribute to the development of strategies and annual plans for various product categories (e.g., Baby Skincare, Haircare, Home/Automobile Fragrances, etc.) in partnership with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Drive the execution of brand initiatives while maintaining consistency with the objectives set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Translate strategic directives into detailed execution briefs for internal teams and third-party partners.

Campaign Development & Coordination:

  • Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager and internal teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed campaign rollout plans, including timelines, key visuals, and messaging, in alignment with the set objectives of the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Media & Influencer Relations:

  • Execute PR and influencer campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives and proper audience targeting.
  • Endorse influencer/ambassador shortlists in line with the strategic direction from the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Partnerships, Sponsorships & Events:

  • Support the identification and execution of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and activations (e.g., brand launches, co-branded campaigns, etc.).
  • Manage logistics for events, ensuring smooth coordination and brand representation.

Brand Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track brand performance through data reports and competitive analysis for quarterly and annual review with the brand principals.
  • Prepare campaign summaries and consumer insights to support brand positioning and future strategy.
  • Executes periodic on-site evaluations, including mystery shopping and competitive benchmarking, to assess customer service quality, competitor positioning, and brand consistency.

Brand Consistency & Adherence:

  • Ensure all brand messaging and assets remain consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and personality across all platforms, providing strategic guidance to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience in FMCG, personal care, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Preferably with Advertising/Digital Marketing agency background.
  • Prior exposure to ATL/BTL marketing, influencer campaigns, PR, and event activation.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools is a plus.
