You understand that SEO is being fundamentally reshaped by AI and LLMs, and you're already thinking three moves ahead. You've built and scaled SEO programs that delivered real traffic and real revenue. You know the difference between rankings that matter and those that don't. You get excited about technical challenges like JavaScript rendering and international hreflang structures, but you're equally comfortable talking about content strategy and user intent. You're watching how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews are changing search behavior, and you have strong opinions about what brands should do. You’re ready to build SEO strategies for both traditional search engines and LLM‑based discovery. What You’ll Own Lead SEO for two SaaS products serving millions of users globally: Fluer (B2C marketing suite) and We Brand (B2B enterprise brand compliance platform). Build and execute SEO strategies for both products from technical foundations to large‑scale content optimization. Own technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data). Develop content strategies that target the right search intent and actually convert. Adapt SEO approach for the LLM era (how we show up in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI search). Lead on‑page optimization, link building, and competitive analysis. Work with product, engineering, and content teams to implement changes that move the needle. Set the roadmap, track metrics, and eliminate what doesn’t work. What We’re Looking For Deep SEO expertise 5+ years leading SEO for SaaS companies or high‑growth tech businesses. Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic and revenue growth. Strong technical SEO skills (audit sites, identify issues, work with developers to fix them). Experience with enterprise‑scale websites and international SEO. Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog. Data‑driven mindset (make decisions based on evidence, not hunches). AI/LLM perspective Clear understanding of how generative AI is changing search behavior. Thoughts on optimizing for LLM‑based discovery and answer engines. Ability to balance traditional SEO with emerging AI‑driven search channels. Operator qualities You ship. You don’t wait for perfect conditions. You think strategically but execute tactically. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and figure things out. You communicate clearly and can explain complex SEO concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. You’re excited about building something from a strong foundation to market‑leading performance. Bonus points Experience in both B2B and B2C SaaS. Background in programmatic SEO or AI‑generated content. Understanding of brand compliance and enterprise marketing workflows.
