Job Description – Surveyor (Bacolod Project)

We are looking for a skilled Surveyor to support our Bacolod project. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate site measurements, preparing survey reports, assisting in project layout, and ensuring all survey work aligns with project plans and standards. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and experience in construction or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct land and site surveys using appropriate surveying instruments and tools
  • Perform layout and staking based on project plans and engineering drawings
  • Prepare and maintain survey reports, measurements, and documentation
  • Verify measurements, boundaries, and site levels to support construction activities
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors for survey requirements
  • Ensure survey work complies with project specifications and industry standards
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies in measurements or site layouts
  • Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration and usage
  • Provide technical support during inspection and project execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in surveying for construction projects
  • Proficient in surveying instruments (total station, GPS, levels) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)
  • Knowledgeable in site layout, measurements, and topographic surveys
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills with project teams
  • Ability to work on-site in various conditions
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and project specifications
  • Willing to work in Bacolod and travel to project sites as needed
