JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Technical and Professional Skills.

  2. Strong background in cost estimation and BOQ preparation.

  3. Proficient in quantity take-off and material computation.
  4. Knowledge of construction methods and local materials.
  5. Familiar with procurement and bidding processes.
  6. Contract management and progress billing
  7. Cost monitoring and control
  8. Knowledge of construction laws and local codes.

  9. Educational Background and Experience

  10. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management

  11. Licensed Civil Engineer or Certified Quantity Surveyor is an advantage
  12. At least 2-5yrs working experience in cost estimation, tendering, or project cost control (depending on position level).
  13. Experience with developers, contractors, or engineering consultancies in the Philippines.
