Job Description

This is a full-time Area Field Supervisor position based in Rockwell Cebu. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of Silverlink Security and Investigative Services, Inc. As an Area Field Supervisor, you will play a key part in upholding the company's commitment to security and risk management particularly around our Cebu detachments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts Risk Assessments and Security Audits
  • Implement Risk Mitigation
  • Oversee the implementation and development of security policies and procedures
  • Implement physical security measures
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Security Certification is a plus (e.g. CSP, CSMS, etc.)
  • Bosh Certification is an advantage
  • Experience in various security operations management is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze complex security situations and make sound decisions under pressure
  • With updated Security Officer License
  • Can Converse both in English and Tagalog
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Can drive 2-4 wheels vehicle is a must.
  • Former Detachment Commanders, Assistant Detachment Commanders, Shift-in-Charge, Officers-in-Charge, applicants with background in Operations in the Security Industry are welcome to apply.
