WE ARE HIRING

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to improving the company's workplace. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to know various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain contracts, personal files, and other employee information.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Handle the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
  • Create and manage job advertisements.
  • Handles employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Keeps up to date on employee paperwork and confidential files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or any relevant business course
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as an HR professional who is familiar with all the HR facets.
  • Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliable
  • BPO experience is a plus
