YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.  

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Experience Toolkit)

  • Overall IT Supportexperience: 3+ years
  • Systems and Network Administration -Windows Server Administration, Fortinet Firewalls: 3+ years
  • IT Service Management & Documentation -AutoTask / ConnectWise, ITGlue: 3+ years
  • Productivity & Reporting Tools -Microsoft O365, BrightGauge: 3+ years

ATTRIBUTES(Must Have & Soft Skills)

  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Amenable to work on site: MDC, Eastwood Quezon City - Night

YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE(Daily Tasks)

  • Address issues and service requests that relates to all workstations, servers, networks, devices, software, and general administration tasks
  • Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Communication with customers
