PRIMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversees all aspects of the restaurant's operations from staff management, customer service, to financial reporting and marketing implementation.

Staff Management :

  • Trains, schedules, delegates and evaluates staff. Fosters a positive work environment.

Operational Oversight and Customer Service:

  • Manages daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality and a positive guest experience.

  • Create and implement standards and operations manual

  • Upholds standards for food quality, service delivery and overall cleanliness and safety.

Inventory and Supplies:

  • Reports daily inventory and consolidating together with reports from back-of-the-house team and shift managers.

  • Prepares forecasts for inventory consumption and submits purchase orders.

Financial Management:

  • Submits daily financial and sales reports to the COO & President

  • Safekeeping of receipts for accounting purposes.

Marketing:

  • Implementation of marketing programs in the restaurant.

  • Collaborates with the CEO on marketing strategies and heads its implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has 3-5 years of work experience as Restaurant General Manager in a similar restaurant concept

  • College graduate, ideally in the hospitality industry.
