Restaurant General Manager for McDonald's:

Job Summary:

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operations and PROFITABILITY of the McDonald's restaurant. They LEAD, TRAIN , DEVELOP and oversee a team of managers and crew members to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of shift managers, assistant managers, and crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Ensure restaurant meets or exceeds sales, profitability, and operational targets

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and efficiency

  • Monitor and control labor, food, and other costs to OPTIMIZE PROFITABILITY

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of all restaurant staff

  • Ensure the restaurant maintains the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and health/safety compliance

  • Effectively communicate with and respond to customer inquiries and complaints

  • Foster a positive, motivating, and productive work environment for all employees

  • Collaborate with the corporate and regional team on strategic initiatives

  • Can and with tracked record that can passed RGR, PEOPEL AUDIT, TRAINING AUDIT, FOOD SAFETY AUDIT and compliance with all government requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of prior experience as a McDonald's RGM(restaurant general manager)

  • Strong operational, financial, and people management skills

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate opening, closing, and weekend shifts as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php31,000.00 per month
