Pooler/Onboarder Associate

Ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience by aligning workforce requirements with accurate, timely, and compliant hiring processes.

Accountabilities:

• Clickup Complete Details
• Workforce (WRF) Management
• Customer Final Interview
• Job Descriptions and Offer
• Collecting Pre-Employment Requirements
• Set schedule for Onboarding Process
• Workforce Requests
• Customer Onboarding: Company Deck Orientation, Pre requirements, Signing of Contract, Issuance of Company ID, Signing of Waiver (Gcash Payout), and Expedise Exam.
• ATM application form processing (for probationary newly hired employees only)
• 201 file Digitization
• Data accuracy of customer database (new hires)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital recordkeeping tools.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and onboarding compliance.
