Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in designing and posting job advertisements to ensure maximum visibility.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in end to end recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Can start immediately
