Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in designing and posting job advertisements to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in end to end recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies at once.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Can start immediately
