About the role

We are searching for an experienced HR Recruiter to join the KHZ WELLNESS MASSAGE SERVICES OPC' team in our Ortigas, Pasig City office. This full-time role will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-quality candidates to support the continued growth and success of our wellness and massage services business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  2. Screening and evaluating applications to identify the most suitable candidates
  3. Coordinating the interview process and providing timely feedback to candidates
  4. Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms
  5. Maintaining a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities
  6. Collaborating with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  4. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  5. A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify candidates who are the right fit for our company culture
  6. A collaborative mindset and a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes
