What You'll Do:

* Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy, office management, or related field (preferred).


• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the food production or bakery industry.


• Experience in customer service or managing customer inquiries.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.


• Ability to manage and maintain office systems and records.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.


• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (preferred).


• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.


• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.


• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of standing or walking
