Hotel Supervisor

We are looking for a Hotel Supervisor who can handle a team of 5-10 people and supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance and admin duties.

• Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff
• Implements training programs that ensure high quality service
• Ensures that all service equipment are operational and handled safely, reporting mechanical issues to appropriate team members
• Ensures front of the house operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner
• Oversees the scheduling, duties, and training of staff
• Ensures the cleanliness of hotel rooms and facilities
• Assists with and oversees guest check-in and check-out of the hotel
• Ensures that all front desk employees engage politely and attentively with incoming and departing guests
• Assists with cashier functions
• Assists and responds to guest requests and complaints
• Communicates and reports issues to the management
