Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in taxation, accounting, or finance
  • Knowledgeable in BIR processes, tax filing, and government compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting systems or eBIRForms
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized in preparing and reviewing reports
  • Possesses good communication and coordination skills
  • Can work under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines

Job Description:

  • Prepare and file BIR returns (e.g., VAT, EWT, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes) accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized records of tax filings, receipts, and supporting documents
  • Monitor tax compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of all reports
  • Reconcile tax accounts and general ledger balances
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and tax-related financial reports
  • Coordinate with BIR and other government agencies for compliance matters
  • Support the Finance Department in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies
