About Us

We are a growing croissant bakery and cafe group known for our artisanal pastries and specialty coffee. With operations across both retail and wholesale, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience alongside high-quality food and beverages.

We are looking for Front of House Staff who is trustworthy, enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented. You will be the face of our bakery and cafe, welcoming guests, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Experience in food and beverage (F&B), barista work, and all-around cafe service is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Warmly welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive dining or takeaway experience.
  • Accurately take and process orders using our POS system.
  • Manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery transactions efficiently.

Barista Duties

  • Prepare espresso-based and brewed coffee beverages to cafe standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and brewing equipment.
  • Monitor and restock coffee and bar supplies as needed.

Opening & Closing Duties

  • Assist with setting up the store before opening, including restocking and prepping stations.
  • Follow end-of-day closing checklists, including cleaning, cash handling, daily sales report and inventory updates.

Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.

Teamwork & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen, baking, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Assist with store events, tastings, and seasonal promotions when needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or similar F&B environment.
  • Barista experience is a strong advantage.
  • Friendly, professional, and able to stay composed under pressure.
  • Quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
