Job Summary:

As a Back of the House (BOH) Assistant, you will support kitchen operations to ensure food is prepared to quality standards efficiently and safely. This includes food prep, cooking, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting chefs or cooks with daily kitchen tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking dishes to company standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas
  • Assist in receiving and storing inventory
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure timely service
  • Handle cleaning duties such as washing dishes and wiping surfaces

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php Php14,820.00 per month
