Job Description:

  • Will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Responsible for driving HR initiatives, improving organizational performance, and enhancing employee experience across the company.
  • Also, will provide day-to-day support in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and talent development.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project/presentation management skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Experience in providing strategic HR support to business leaders and managers.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Required Language Proficiency: Mandarin, English, Filipino
  • Gender Preference: Either Male or Female

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
