HR Business Partner

Job Description:
- Will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Responsible for driving HR initiatives, improving organizational performance, and enhancing employee experience across the company.
- Also, will provide day-to-day support in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and talent development.

Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project/presentation management skills.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Experience in providing strategic HR support to business leaders and managers.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Required Language Proficiency: Mandarin, English, Filipino
- Gender Preference: Either Male or Female
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
