Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze store sales to meet targets.
  • Create and implement strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Help with marketing and promotions to attract more customers.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Supervise daily store activities for smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
  • Follow company policies and procedures (SOPs).
  • Address customer complaints and operational issues.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to reach goals.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
  • Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks.
  • Communicate effectively between employees and management.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration in the store.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Office-based work
  • Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in handling customer service concerns and employee issues.
  • Proficiency in sales reports, inventory management, and retail software.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (Head office: 6th Avenue, Caloocan City)
