Theoria Medical is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Technology Support team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical assistance to our staff and clients, ensuring smooth usage of our internal and client-facing software tools.
Shift Structure:
- Various 8 hour shifts 24/7 operations
- Remote
Responsibilities:
- Answering technical support inquiries regarding Slack, Salesforce, , G-Suit products such as G-Mail, VPN, TeamViewer and the like
- Training staff and clients on various Theoria technical Products usage and software
- Other responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must hold a Bachelor in Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (certified)
- At least 3 years of experience working with Zendesk or comparable customer support ticketing software.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be fluent in English both writing and comprehension
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system
- Strong experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment, and strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and drive high adoption of systems and processes.
- Must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule and holidays
Compensation and Benefits:
