Mid-Level Civil Design Engineer

This role will support the design and development of civil works for industrial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in earthworks, site grading, and road network design, with additional experience in drainage and utilities considered an advantage. Prior involvement in airport projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop detailed civil design drawings and models for site grading, earthworks, road layouts, and related infrastructure.
  • Analyze topographic and geotechnical data to develop efficient grading and earthworks solutions.
  • Prepare and review drainage and utility layouts to ensure effective stormwater and service integration.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure civil design alignment with project requirements.
  • Support the preparation of design calculations, technical reports, and bill of quantities.
  • Conduct design reviews and assist in resolving technical issues during design and construction phases.
  • Participate in site visits as needed to gather data and validate design assumptions.

Special Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, and related civil design software.
  • Solid understanding of DPWH and AASHTO design standards.

Additional Skills / Professional Characteristics:

  • Experience in industrial and infrastructure projects; exposure to airport developments is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in civil design applications.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Effective communicator and team player, capable of collaborating across disciplines.
