Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Officer role, located on-site in Pasig. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and supporting sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with sales teams, and engaging with customers through various communication channels to promote the company's products and services.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Creativity and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the technology or security industry is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT, tech, or distribution.
  • Skilled in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe, or video editing tools.
  • Experience running Google Ads / Meta Ads is a big plus.
  • Independent, organized, and resourceful — can manage end-to-end campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Create and manage campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Design marketing materials and product collaterals (brochures, posters, videos).
  • Build Hartech's online presence and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with partner brands for co-marketing, events, and promotions.
  • Support the Sales Team with content and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track performance and present monthly marketing reports.
