We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to join our team. The primary focus of the role is to market Club Laiya. He/She will also be responsible for selling our wedding and prenup packages and addressing inquiries from all our Travel Agency partners for both Club Laiya and Casobe.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, travel agency partnerships, and event inquiries, through cold calling, networking, sales calls, and research to expand the client base and revenue streams. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and industry partners. Serve as the main point of contact and address client needs and inquiries effectively.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the unique selling points, facilities, and services of our resorts to secure new business and drive revenue growth. Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients, ensuring agreements that are mutually beneficial and meet both the client's needs and the resort's revenue objectives. Finalize bookings in accordance with the policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the operations team and clients to plan, coordinate, and execute events, meetings, and conferences held at the resort. Ensure seamless execution, exceptional service, and guest satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, aiming to create positive experiences that foster long-term relationships with clients.
