Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to propose customized solutions and value.
  • Act as an advocate for the client, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Work with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, warehouse) to ensure client needs are met and deadlines are fulfilled.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand business with existing clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, goals, and forecasts to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; .
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales and sales management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry trends, distribution, and regulatory requirements.
