About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager – Sales Account
to lead and grow a key client account within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in
sales program management
,
client relationship building
, and
business performance optimization
within a
contact center environment
.

  • Lead day-to-day management of the
    sales account
    , ensuring delivery of client KPIs and revenue objectives.
  • Develop and implement
    strategic plans
    to grow account performance, customer conversion, and retention rates.
  • Manage and mentor
    Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Agents
    to achieve productivity and sales goals.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as
    sales conversion, AHT, CSAT, and revenue per call
    to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the BPO industry
    , with at least
    3 years in a senior leadership or account management role
    .
  • Proven track record of managing sales programs (inbound/outbound, telesales, or upselling campaigns).
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations metrics and P&L management.
  • Excellent client management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, and global environment.
