Recruitment Supervisor (US RPO)

Work Arrangement: 100% On-site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT (may adjust based on DST or business needs)

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: Php 34,000 to Php 76,000

About the Role: As the Recruitment Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of Career Support Associates responsible for supporting job seekers and employers throughout the hiring process. You will ensure team performance targets are achieved, coach and mentor your team for growth, and step in to support operational needs when necessary. This role also serves as the key point of contact for local operational updates, process improvements, and coordination with the US-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

● Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Career Support Associates

● Set daily and weekly performance targets, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs

● Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions

● Drive team morale, productivity, and accountability

● Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage

Operational Support:

● Oversee daily operations related to job seeker and employer engagement

● Step in to drive recruitment efforts when needed to meet hiring goals

● Monitor team metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

● Identify process gaps and propose scalable solutions in partnership with local teams

● Provide escalation support for complex or sensitive job seeker/employer concerns

Job Seeker & Employer Engagement:

● Guide the team in reviewing candidate profiles and matching them with suitable job opportunities

● Support initiatives to improve candidate readiness (e.g., resume reviews, interview coaching)

● Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and candidate pipelines

● Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job seekers

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years' experience in a contact center or recruitment operations environment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity

● Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of driving team performance

● Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, priorities, and schedules effectively

● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

● Ability to work US night shift hours

● Proficient in using multiple tools and systems to manage job matching processes

● Comfortable making multiple outbound calls for job coordination purposes

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in a US-based RPO or volume hiring environment

● Familiarity with recruitment CRM or ATS tools

● Experience in scaling teams or contributing to startup operations

● Passion for coaching and enabling career growth

● Strong background in customer support or sales, with a track record of achieving KPIs

● Experience managing high-performing teams (10+ members) in fast-paced environments

● Proven ability to influence outcomes through persuasion, sales, and problem-solving
