Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.

  • Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.

  • Maintain an updated database of applicants and recruitment activity.

  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company standards.

  • Generate regular reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation processes when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment industry

  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.

  • Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance is a plus.
